      <description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Williamsburg Apartments in Jacksonville, NC!<span>&nbsp;</span>Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in multi-family housing. This position will be Full-Time and offers competitive pay.&nbsp;</p><p>CFC required; HVAC repairs / troubleshooting and plumbing is also required. The ideal candidate should have renovation-project management, property supervisory experience, outstanding leadership qualities and a can-do attitude.
